I love how you always say 'let's have a good day'. I've been in a negative space the last few weeks, I love my job but winter get's me every year. I make taco meat in larger batches and freeze some for later. Works so well on the days I don’t want to cook. Tacos for the win! I do the same with grilled chicken. Make extra, cut it up and freeze. Then I pull it out and add to noodles or rice and dinner is done super fast. I use quart ziploc baggies so it is easy to store a one meal serving and the bags are labeled so I know the date I froze everything.

I had to form the habit of doing it - like purposefully planning and freezing extra and now I do it all the time. Those frozen prepared meat baggies are lifesavers on the days I don’t feel well or am short of time.

Awesome vid :) tips for the extra taco meat: cook some pasta, put in the meat, cheese and an entire jar of salsa. Or, make some chilli :) just a jar of pasta sauce beans and some veg.

I was so bummed about Dunkin' matcha because it is SOOOOO sweet. I told her I wanted an unsweetened one and she gave me "sugar free" vanilla lol!! I was like "unsweetened is NOT the same as sugar-free".

That’s ridiculous. Dunkin doesn’t understand some basic things (in my experience)!!!!

So I could totally be wrong but I don't think dunkin offers unsweetened matcha at least mine doesn't. I just checked the app lol. It only has the sugar free option for the syrups. Again I could be wrong. I prefer dunkin matcha to Starbucks because it is sweet. I actually prefer iced at both place but only the hot at dunkin.

And then I put in 2 drops of my own stevia that I keep in my purse. Next time I'll just say "milk and matcha please and don't put one more thing in there" lol!!! :)

"Why?" Rachel "Cause it's black." 😱Rachel! Nah but that part was hilarious, it's my new ring tone. I'm gonna act like your best freind from middle school and be real with you because say I love you and want you to be happy with yourself. These goals you and AJ have are always possible to achieve no matter if it's 10 years down the line it can always be done. But these goals as husband and wife have to be something that you both really want to do. Don't just do it because you love one another and want to support ones decision, do it because both of you see the vision you have set as if it is your own. The whole time as I watch however, it seems this is more AJs goal than it is yours at the moment. I love for what that man stands for, and how he is as husband as well but as his wife really see if he understands your feelings about something truly because both should respect eachother and what their thoughts are on a matter. Marrying at a young age means you have to grow together and learn together which can be hard but not impossible. I'm sure you guys will make the right decisions and as long as the love is strong and existant nothing will break that bond, whatever life throws at you🌟.

Hey! I’m sure you have, but make sure to ask your mortgage guy about income qualifications too. I underwrite home loans and there is a lot of requirements for self employed people if you plan to use that income as far as employment history is concerned :) good luck!!! I’ve always wanted an investment property.
