The PSP is not region locked so you should be fine to get any game to play just not movies as they are region locked. I'm still growing my PSP collection, but I do still have my original PSP and some original buys

I got a pink Japanese PSP as well! As far as I know the PSP isn't region locked for the games. UMD movies though will be locked. So you have both libraries open to you!

There is a fanmade translation i think, but its easy to understand without knowing japanese. Been playing em for a while and i haven't had any problems. Hope this helps even if i am quite late- 👍
