Hi Sep, do developers pay a realtor commission for bringing a client to the developer? I know in some areas (not Florida), the realtor does not get a commission when a buyer buys a newly built condo or house. Thanks.

Yes realtors here almost always get a commission when representing a buyer in preconstruction properties.
