Might I suggest that if you can find it there, change your engine and cabin filters to K&N washable filters. These filters can be cleaned and will last for the lifetime of "The Falcon 9". I'd also suggest you stick with OEM parts for your major stuff, clutch, etc.....great buy on the Nissan

I didn't know such existed, the only wash filters I know are cones. I'll have to look into the subject. The clutch, as you can see, I replaced with the same one that is put on by Nissan. Thanks!

Might be an Idea to black out the rear cover windows, If you will have valuable diving equipment unattended In there. And maybe worth considering alarming the rear door. Many have the rear door broken Into, I have owned 5, 4 x 4 trucks like this one.

Glad to see you taking care of the transmission. I could hear it slamming into gear. Good that you replaced the pressure plate as well. Be careful when using Cera-Tec as an additive. It does not mix well with oil. Test it yourself. Get a clear bottle and put oil in it and then add the correct amount of Cera-Tec as instructed on the bottle. Then shake it up and let it sit 24 hours and you will see what I mean. Cera-Tec is more of a gimmick than a viable lubricant. I think it can do more harm than good. You would do better if you use Liqui-Molly motor oil instead.

I have watched several independent tests of cera-tec in poland and all of them came out positive, well we'll see what comes of it. Thanks for advices!

@@IslaPamilya I have also done tests and nobody paid me. The simple test I described here will clearly show the two don’t mix. It’s like vinegar and oil. I don’t think that’s good in my opinion. The most damaging time for the engine is during a cold start when all your oil is sitting in the pan. I encourage you to look at the Liqui-Molly. Many classic car master mechanics use it because it does what they claim. It’s basically the same thing as Cera-Tec. but it is a blended oil mix which does not separate like most additives do. It’s all hype I can assure you that.

Paint touch-up tip, Mat: If chipped spot isn't rusty, primer or zinc coating is probably still intact. Don't sand it sown. Rather, apply paint directly over it.

Thanks, fortunately there is no rust on these chipped areas, I just need to cover them for protection. I already have the paint they poured me a little at the Nissan dealership I'm waiting for the little brushes.

The Liqui Moly Series are amazing. Made in Germany. I'm not pretty sure for the Seratec if it's needed at all though. The 10/40 Oil its ok just need change after 1000km if the engine is up to rectifier process. Nice Nissan bro

Buying a used car in the philippines is a risky business. As maintenance is a suggestion and not always a requirement. Also many of the vehicles have open titles and may have been owned and driven by several people and never transferred. The roads are hard on suspensions so a truck or van can be a better option depending upon where you live. A big vehicle can be hard to park and navigate in the big cities and I recommend that if you go to Manila that you use public transportation and leave your vehicle at home . Don't buy a multicab because they are not safe and most people don't fare well in an accident. Good luck.

Nie było katalizatora tylko jeden wielki tłumik, tutaj tak nie wariowali z ekologią. EGR jest ale już wyczyszczony przez Dżordza, Sprzęgło wymienione komplet na to samo co idzie na pierwszy montaż.

I hope you got a good vehicle, but in the Philippines and in most poor countries of this world, you should avoid buying used cars, unless you are a mechanic or don't mind throwing away some coins. In the West, we replace the failed parts. In the Philippines, they repair the parts over and over again. Used cars can be more costly than new in the end. Many vehicles come from flooded areas too.

Oh I don't know. Here in the United Kingdom a lot of people buy used cars. I'm 57 and I've never bought a new car or van in 40+ years of driving. I bought a 1999 Peugeot 1.9D van in rough condition in 2017 slapped some fibreglass over the rust holes, hand painted it using non drip gloss paint and a hand brush, that thing nothing went wrong with it for 6 years. Did over 100,000 miles in it over all sorts of rough ground including driving it to Greece and back (4,000 miles return trip) - it never missed a beat. One of the best vans I ever bought. Cost me £400 ($500 USD). So impressed with it this year I bought another van with the same engine for £600 ($760 USD). Loads of rattles on it but a good strong engine. Done 5,000 miles in it so far and again it's not missing a beat. Not bad for a van that's 20 years old, even the heater works. :)

The used car market in the Philippines looks like Poland in the late 1990s when there was not much choice cars were overvalued and worn out.

If it only has 40,000 km that is 24,000 mi. In the US, you'd never need to change a clutch until a vehicle has over 100,000 miles. I have no idea how that could be possible to need a clutch.

I estimate that this vehicle has about 200,000 km, odometer rollbacks are probably the norm here and the clutch has just lasted 150-200k km in a manual transmission so it all adds up.
