Yeah, bug we have a lvl 6 valley but no event, i have logged a ticket but no reply yet for two days. Is this normal for bugs and no reply?

Oh I'm really sorry to hear that, I've never heard of a bug like this before :/

You need the Preservery to trigger the event, my valley (level 4) got the event directly after we builed the Preservery. But the event time might be over by now.
