Hello everyone!
I apologize for this video taking a bit longer than usual. I've unfortunately been having a stressful couple of weeks. I mention some of what I've been going through in this video.

We decided to take a last-minute trip to a boat-in only campground in Lake Tahoe. I was craving the cold blue water and to be nestled within the trees. I had been diving deep into my past through the help of my therapist. My emotions had been manifesting into physical sensations that were buzzing throughout me. There was no way to calm them down by relaxing.
All I felt was the urge to run, but, how do you run away from yourself? I thought, what if I work myself tirelessly to the point of surrender, like a ceasefire.
We rented a kayak and borrowed some camping supplies from a friend. We paddled for hours, feeling like our arms would give out on us. The water was choppy due to the wind speeds and boats passing by. We took a brief break onto an isolated cove to rest.
We returned to the water, sore and exhausted but we pushed through the pain. We finally made it to the pier that seemed so far away. During this moment, I finally felt a sense of calm that I had been in search of. As though I hit the physical threshold that canceled out all of which had been moving inside me. A stillness that I can’t quite describe.
