The full draw cost 5800 Cp, for me is necessary to max because it’s gives you a better iron site and the gun look more good when maxed so I guess to get the full potential of the gun you need to max it out to level 5

Yea its a lucky draw but he has other price because other server. In EU and US servers people have to pay more cp than india for example, because in india it would be to expensive for indians so they would buy nothing. But in general in every lucky draw price for cp goes up by every draw.
