Man Mulo... Av observed that on both deposit methods (Airtel Money & Bank Transfer) You transacted twice for each: i.e For Airtel money you first transferred money from airtel money to Yellow card Stanbic bank account after which you went back to Yellow card app & confirmed the deposit of equal amount. You did the same with the bank transfer; you first transferred money from your bank account using the mobile app after which you went back to Yellow card app & confirmed the deposit of equal amount... Kindly explain why doing this is important. In short why perform the transaction from both Source wallet & Destination wallet?

Best way to send bank transfers is banking app or internet banking. USSD banking is terrible for bank transfers in my humble opinion. So technically its yes, but practically even no.

When using the My Airtel app it only works if you put in an Airtel number as beneficiary number. What Yellow Card needs is the description/ref/narration to be the correct number. So has no effect if your Yellow card number is MTN, which you put in description/ref/narration field

The transfer was sent on Friday. Depending on time sent, it would reflect between Friday to Wednesday. If sent late Friday, only processed Monday, and normal Zambia bank transfers are 1 to 3 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
