as a person who is just barely switching from a windows to a Mac, MacBooks are awesome. So much better than windows. I'm keeping my windows desktop for gaming but this is so much nicer for everything else

I feel very similar. I feel if I was a gamer, I’d still be windows… but in the years I have been a Mac user… the simplicity and ease of use is what made me an apple guy for life.

It is! And running strong. It’s just my software that has issues running on it. The new m3 is killing it so far!

Has Monterey really reached its end of life? I doubt it :)

Has it reached its end of life? No. But a lot of the software I use is not compatible with it anymore. That is my problem. I loved that computer. It’s just a majority of the work I need to do on it - The software I need is no longer compatible with Monterey, or at least has issues in some cases. So far with my new M3. None of those issues.
