Did you find just making an offer price for what they had listed the best way to go?? Did you also pay all closing costs??

Mine was listed at $104, I offered $98 and we settled at $100… so it was a fairly small negotiation. I paid all the closing costs, but no dues. This will usually be specified on the resale listing xxx
