We don't have the full collection here in Peru, but I have just received the basic set of four turtles -- the $9.99 for about $18 each. Yes, welcome to buying toys in NOT the USA. I have been to several different target stores and have done research online and it all still says Splinter hasn’t been released yet. I’ve also yet to see the pizza van anywhere (or even a bar code for it) and still no info on the sewer lair. This is all so confusing to me.
