Not expensive considering they are 24k. In North America, you can’t get anything more than 18k. and they are more expensive.

sweet heart..... beautiful piece but a bit of a rip-off current prices are FAR more than 2yrs ago and my jeweler would charge me $1500 for that weight of 24k

@smallredbox Uhhmm...? The bracelet is probably 15g. Today's prices are some of the highest in history. The spot price makes that bracelet 1050USD. Add a labour/shop premium of 24$ per gram plus taxes.... $1500 is probably pretty close.

Interesting and it must feel extremely expensive to a pakistani ! The price feel absolutely normal, spot price weight, like everywhere. 24k jewelery is bought as investment for newlywed to avoid capital control for donation and succession. It s resold and remelted quickly: it s bad as jewelery because it s very fragile. But it s the least wasteful way to give money to someone without having any government involvement.

So many choices. We have 10k, 14k and sometimes 18-20k in Canada. South/East Asian gold are the real thing. Mostly 24k. The 10-14k gold. I call them junk gold.

Yes you are right! And China also sell different purity levels of gold but mostly people buy 24K here . Moreover 24K is rare in many of other countries but China is famous for the pure Gold production also. That’s what I wanted to show to the people 😊

Because for Chinese gold jewellery can be used as real money in times of war and disasters so the lower the purity the lesser the value. The price you pay would have gone to jewellery design and workmanship for 14k and even 18k gold, so not worth it paying so much premium

The price of gold fluctuates, sometimes a few times per day. You pay per gram, and it could be cheaper in the afternoon than in the morning or vice versa.

yeh tu meri bahan bohat mahngi markete mai aa gae hn, gold jewlery tu china mai sasti hy, bohat sasti nhe but sasti hy... ab daikhain apko jo bracelet dikha rahi thi 29 thousand ki, usski price actually 7 thousand sy 8 thousand rmb hy...aur meri sweet sister 24K sona kuch nhe hota, sonay ki jewlery bnany k lyay ussy 22k yaa uss sy loweer rakha jata hy, warna bracelet nhe ban sakta... aur usski purity directly propotional to its sofftness hoti hy, i mean 24 k ki bar soft hoti hy
