i noticed when i started doing the houses, if i sold absolutely everything (lights, light switches furniture and plants) and replaced every surface (even if it was okay) that i would get 2x to 3x of the original home. sometimes even more if walls were incomplete or if i took walls down to make it more open so thats what i do every game start with a clean slate and choose a different outside colour. but yea people were right about the heating and outlets i hadnt done that until i watched one of your vids and it increased alot

Its incredibly frustrating. I wish they would have at least included what items/things change the price/value. What is important and what isnt. This game was a total cash grab and I am so sad about it.

@@OhHeyItsShey yea it definitely feels aimless when you start renovating homes, it was nice in the first game when you sort of knew what everyone liked and wanted. if we could get something like that or even just a mini map honestly..... i feel like im going insane trying to find messes on the map that get pinged ive even resorted to taking walls down and cant find them..... it was so nice when everyone was happy when you clean your last mess or pick up the last garbage ;w;

@@Ccb23283 There are so many small things like that, that this game is missing. I dont even care about having all the people around to say what they like specifically, they can change that part. But there should be some kind of CLEAR direction for what makes the houses worth more/sell for more. Ive seen tons of conflicting info on it but nothing thats been verified by the devs. Like heaters and radiators and stuff adding value but ive tried that it didnt change the price i got for it, etc. The whole game feels incredibly half done and not at all ready for release. And DEFINITELY not worth $40.

I worked on the hoarder house twice. First time sold everything. This time I tried using as much as needed and selling the rest. If you want to put stairs in then the only place I could figure out is in the living room and expanding onto porch so that still have space for living. Loving your videos as always. You're the best❤

Congratulations on getting such a fantastic profit on that first house! Honestly you did so much work on that one (not to mention doing it twice), and it ended up so pretty, imo. I’m glad you made a profit, even though I’m sad to see that lovely rainbow house go. 😊 Also, looking through the window into the abyss was amazing. That broke my brain. Lol. I’m so glad you did that. That new place is intense. I can see why you called it the hoarder house. Lol. I can’t even imagine what the upstairs must look like. It seems like this will be a fun, quick flip, though.

looks like the same thing that bethesda does. Where unused or unseen assets are stacked under the world map. like with the physical character models required for the voices of the daedric princes. they are actual people, because for some dumb reason they haven't figured out how to make a voice without it being attached to a character model. they just attach it to a random character and place it under the planet to give the illusion of an ethereal voice talking to you XD. it's a secret ground person speaking XD. and everyone who dies is placed in some secret dead people dungeon in an inaccessible location. where they wander some murder hall for the entire game play. that is how they make people "vanish" from the world. which is why the glitch of vampires not vanishing after murder occurred. they probably had a broken teleport to murder hall code. XD

Sunkenlands update wasnt very big from what I've read and resets everything so itll be at least one more update before I try again as at the end was doing pretty bad
