Hey Serge, way to go on your success!! It's great to see you and your company leveling up! I'm an architect, and just wanted to give a suggestion for editing; start with opening shot of the front facade; and I would talk about the comps right after, (rooms, sqft, ect) - then have some b rolls of the interior footage with you voice over top, saying what your plans would be. Not important, but something to keep in mind for future videos.

Serg first I want to say happy hoildays. You never let us down you just rock. I want to do a behavior here in Maryland also later after I open my first care home. Mental Health is so big now and many go untreated. I love this video you have some great business partners. Seems like y'all are all on the same page and that's great. I work in the medical field and have so many ideas. But my first is to open my care home first. Great job with everything and always keep moving.
