I am a British Pakistani, i would strongly recommend that no foreign nationals invest in Pakistan. My mother that worked for the NHS ( England ) retired and bought a house in Bharia town Islamabad phase 8, ( we has a family decided to move to Pakistan in 2018 ) my brother got married, and because we didn't bring the bride to England the family decided to harass us and even got us kicked out of our house using fake documents, Bahria town did nothing to help us ( they even stole everything from the house including clothes ) my mum fought for 3 years to get the house back finally she won the case and on the 2 August 2023 they murdered her. I am currently in Pakistan trying to sort things out, trust me no one in Pakistan including the police will help unless you pay bribes. Please do not invest your hard earned money. They only see us has ATM machines.

I think for you people malir cantt is bestest option for security purpose..and now in cantt you can find everything..

In malir cant, price is almost 3 carore for askari apartment (old) and new askari apartment is of 3.75 carorr. While in bahria town u can buy 200 sq yards home in pricent 10a @ 1.70 carore. Facilities in bahria town are much much better than malir cantonment
