I am so impressed with your videos, especially your knowledge of fruits and flowers, I'm a muzungu married to a Tanzanian lady, and earlier this year we purchased land for a shamba, the land is very similar to the land in the video but a long way from the main road but perfect for farming.

Very inspiring video. Some of the witnesses to the seller are the immediate neighbors sharing boundaries with the owner. They know the demarcation well. LC l, ll, lll and V are Local Government Councils. Level one is the Village, Two is the Parish, 3 is the Sub county or Town Council and 5 is at the District level. Elaborating for non Ugandans.

Hi auntie Esther. Another great video 📹 it was great and you did a fantastic job 👏 explaining how one can purchase land. The soil in that area looks very fertile but the highlight of the day was seeing you riding the motorcycle 🏍 😉 great video 📹 👍 I enjoyed it.

Hello Nyako Thank you for a great video. Would it make mor sense to get identification from the owner an both go to ministry of lands department to see if that person really owns them land and how many other people owns it before you pay for the land. This one person might have many family members who also own that plot
