Bajia aunty, you inspire me so much.. I am from India, but stay and work in Bahrain now, and you travel with me everywhere I go, literally. I have probably seen all your videos.. have tried so many of your recipes to the T. I mean when I didn't have anar dana for the Kachoriyan recipe, I did not make it till I got it. You are an amazing cook and a great human being! Thanks for being yourself, in today's world of 'copying' and trying to be cool just to fit in the whole KZbin generation. Love your house, the kitchen and your well-maintained pots and pans. Sometimes I make my husband watch your videos, especially made him watch this one.. even though he has a good knowledge about meat and meat-cuts, some of the things you mentioned, were really useful for us. Keep up the great work you are doing.. oh, love your backyard too and your passion for gardening. جی بالکل صحیح کہتی ہیں آپ۔ یہی کہتے تھے ہمارے بڑے۔ مگر سکینڈنیویا میں بکرے کے گوشت کا رواج نہیں ہے۔ اس لئے بکرے کا گوشت بازار میں نہیں ملتا۔ سب لیمب کا گوشت ہی استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ شامی کباب، حلیم اور نہاری کے بارے میں بھی بالکل ٹھیک کہا آپ نے۔

You are right buhat saray logon nay kabhi qasai ka kaam nahin kia unhain khud maloom nahin hota. Aur phir buhat saray so called qasai Bas bazid hotay hain Kay wohi sahi keh rahay hain. Yeh buhat informative video hay shukria.

and maybe fr other cultures... experimenting in food is usually encouraged but in pakistani and indian cooking... u will find that the recipes may be as old as 100 yrs and still be made the same way in many households. Indo-pak culture us more about preserving the original recipe inherited frm forefathers rather than changing it.

Aunti aap bilkul sahi k rahi hen. Beef ki dishes beef se hi banti hen. Mujhe tu hr Sabzi ka maza sirf beef me aata he not chicken. Chicken sirf pulao or karahi or biryani me acha lagta he bs.

lamb is good meat to enjoy, its only in Europe lamb is butchered at 6 months age which is too young, 9-12 months animal has better meat quality.
