Looking like a Disco 200 TDI engine, I'm trying to do the same swap on mine (just down the road from you Abergele) any better views of the air box to low turbo setup would help, if you get a chance Thanks Andy

Are you sure that’s not a 300 TDI

It's definitely a 200tdi out of a discovery, you can tell because the 200tdi has a v belt. They are other bits different between the 200 and 300tdi but that's the way I tell.

@@m111kca4 yes, that’s right the reason why i said was because before our td5 we had a 200 and a 300 tdi defender and I always remember the 300 having the rocker cover gasket and also the second metal piece where the 200 had only the rocker cover, also the 200 tdi had a green dipstick and oil filler cap and the 300 had a yellow one

@@jamesshaw7171 the 200tdi out of a defender only has the one silver rocker cover on top with the turbo next to it. That's probably where it tricked you.
