As place only has one door, I would put in a patio door on the wall right where you have the table. This way you can have a nice entertaining area in the back, with patio, barbeque, chairs, and a fire pit. In the basement is were I would put the T,V, couch, maybe a wet bar. As to the rest I keep flipping through to many ideas..lol Have a Great one!!!!

Looking forward to dividers, but you can make half walls. I have used them to define an entryway or semi close off a kitchen area.

Loving the series! I agree that a bathroom needs to be private, we stayed at a 5 star lodge once and the bedroom and bathroom including the toilet were all one open room, just gross!!

Can you make a house where upper floor is a lot of rooms and basement is kitchen and living area. But you block access to it all and just have one big open room in ground floor with a chair in it.

I really disliked the step down into the house so I removed the top layer of the brick in front of the house. Much better, IMO.

Hell yeah, House Filpper 1 was crazy with all the DLC's, although if they release stuff for that what's the point of HF2. Any reason you keep the bars on the windows, I feel it deters from the beautiful scenery...the kitchen window looks so much better...
