even though it's a fixer-upper, the house has a modern appearance, and the layout of the kitchen lends itself to a modern renovation with the island etc. Formal living and dining are important

I'm 21 and it's my grandma made me know when she came for Christmas that guava and guava leaf is VERY EFFECTIVE for lowering high blood pressure just like breadfruit and breadfruit leaf.... did a Google search and I found this to be a big FAT FACT.... so leave the guava tree please
