Btw… hows life around Cabopino….. love the beach there, so far we have been concentrated on western side of Marbella since its closer to Cadiz but we have thought about Cabopino and Elveria as well.

You’re welcome :) Well its similar to the squatters law like many other places where you cannot throw someone out if they have spent 48hours in an empty house. Here in Spain there are many more holiday homes where owners live out of the country. Its easily addressed by installing a security camera and calling police within 48hrs. But its definitely worse here than other western countries due to more empty houses.
