Hit Parade are a bunch of schysters. A few years ago I hit a "case hit" out of their repack garbage. A Josh Allen Rookie Ticket Auto from Contenders. There was an indentation all the way across the top of the card. I sent it to PSA anyway just out of pure curiosity. It got a 4. They never should've put that card in a repack then promoted it as a case hit.When I complained they offered me a percentage off on another box. I told them no. They are garbage and I'll die on that hill.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I could see for sure how that would be frustrating. With the amount of inventory they go through, I can see how that could slip but yeah definitely shouldn’t been more of a refund.
