Hi guys, look forward to watching your videos every week. But I have to say I got to the phone call at 5:30ish and switched off. The attitude of the lad on the phone in the white tee absolutely stinks. Completely uninterested, and making a mockery of the customer. These are the types of things that will put potential customers off calling up if they think they are going to be treated like a muppet and to show this on your channel is very unprofessional in my opinion . Got this one wrong!

They ever meet anyone with a real Rolex they will feel mighty stupid. It’s the hype, there’s people walking into trotters who literally know the name Rolex and that’s where their knowledge ends. @@mssbed Frankenstein usually means a watch with aftermarket parts, if you're buying a Rolex always buy factory as it will retain value, aftermarket parts, diamonds, etc all decrease the value.
