@Ope Williams have you tested that. I had him at 70 and up on all stats and 81 overall, he still bent it too much

@Ope Williams I completely understand and I read the descriptions too. When I had piastri in my 4th season. My car with Haas was overpowered I was getting pole with Gasly on mediums in qualifying while other drivers used softs. I also had only Gasly doing media appearances. Piastri didn't do anything that would affect his stats negatively. I worked only on his 4 lowest stats the ones you mentioned. But he still crashed and had more errors than Schumacher. And I got rid of Schumacher because he had so many errors. I tried working him up and thinking he would stop the errors. He is a good price with high level experience potential, but honestly I could have kept Schumacher and saved more money. I thought of bringing him back and trying to keep upgrading him or have him as a reserve and upgrade him. But im afraid of doing that because I had him as reserve before making him car 2 driver. When I put him in for practice one to earn experience, he would still crash and cost me money and ruin the engine components for the other drivers.

Piastri in the mud 😩. I have him in my Aston Martin team as second driver, either he does well and Ocon shits the bed or Ocon goes good and Piastri is no good 🤷‍♂️. Developing Jack Doohan to take one the place of one of them for next season. Love your videos! Keep up the great work! 👍

It's honestly not worth developing drivers on this game. You can get a good driver for like 5-15mil yearly and they will be miles ahead of any young driver. Driver development is waaaaay to slow on this game, like ridiculously so. Just sign a decent driver like gasly or norris and they will win you championships for 7-8mil a year.

I have Gasly and Ocon for Aston. Doohan as my reserve. They are incredibly solid and consistent for me. Jack will take over for Gasly in 3 seasons as he will become WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

I don't know how Alonso growth potential is x1.40 seems far too high for his age, I am using Hamilton who is younger but has 0.56 potential so it actually decreases his gains instead of increasing, maybe this save is before patches and they haven't changed it for Ben.

Why would you put a development point into Piastri's braking when his adaptability rating is a 59/100? That's why he keeps crashing. He isn't great at adapting to the different things happening in the race

Pro tips on Piastri: he’s a lousy overtaker and eats his tyres for breakfast. Focus a bit on that, might help a lot!

Get gasly or norris pls. Gasly is fast and norris is pretty fast but norris just doesn’t crash and I get in s2 with Williams better results then you. I got almost p2 in constructors and I’m p3 in drivers. Pls just fire piastri and probably alonso too because alonso isn’t really good and gasly and norris get podiums with the 5th best car and your drivers can’t even do it with te 2nd or 3rd best car
