The "push cart" is called a "trolley" in the hardware store. You can buy the trailer and cart, but it's also a reward in the "Go Green" campaign.

I understand why you don't want to spend extra time designing or decorating the story line contracts, but those are the only projects that are permanent. I was working on a story contract that was across the street from a lot that I had designed, built and sold, and my personal project despawned before I had even completed building the next one. A couple of in-game days after you sell your build it will disappear. I assume that's the keep memory usage down rather than having to load entire neighborhoods of custom builds, which I think would look awesome. It would be great to have an option to set how long custom builds remain.

About the floor tiling issue... I found out that it breaks where 2 rooms come together into without there being a wall... for example, a large area that has both a Kitchen and a Dining Room, will break where the line between the two are in the designer while planning the floors.

you should try to make a house that is really bad rated and see how low the rate would be if you did and one with the best things you can add and make it high rated

Can you put furniture under the stairs? If you can, that would be a good spot for a couple cabinets. One on each wall, maybe you can fit a standing light or plant in the corner. Opens up space, and would look good, and also it would cover up the spots where the baseboard can't be installed.

Its a good game, worth the money, but does get tedious doing medium and larger builds. It does need more polish to have a better play feel to it... but again its definitely worth the money
