People, this kind of patronising behaviour is EVERYWHERE. bus drivers,, train stations,, ticket offices,, store managers, airlines,online, etc,, etc,, I can't say what I want here.

VERY BAD customer service, very bad policies, rude sales assistants, rude security guard( which posed as store manager and no badge or name tag) VERY BAD experience . Think 3 times people before buying from them,, I'll NEVER go back there,, I'm talking from my own experience.
