Hi sis If am buying vacant land in the rural or township are attorneys involved? Are rates and taxes involved? When will the title deed be in my name and issued out to me ? In which bank account must the payment go ?

@@Boohle220 HI Boohle, it all depends on whether the stand is registered under municipality or not. If not, attorneys are not needed, you will not pay rates and taxes, a title deed won't be issued until registered but the land is known to be yours. The payment will go to the account they provide you with or cash depending on area and process they use there. Do keep your receipts for future records if the land is not registered under municipality. I hope this helps.
