Beauty Buru Depending on the state your in you need to contact or find the website for your state's tax or revenue office to apply for a reseller’s permit. Most states allow you to file your application for a seller's permit (or other sales tax registration) and pay online. You will also need to get a tax ID number for your business. Thats called an Employer ID (EIN), but you'll need it even if you don't have employees.
