On our Saturday night LIVE show I mentioned that I bought a full brisket at Costco on Friday. Using the Pit barrel smoker, it came out great!
Kinders cherry cola seasoning on one side. Kinders bourbon peach seasoning on the other side.
Charcoal in the Pit barrel. Hang vertical on hook.
Apple and Cherry wood for smoke.
Pull at 160 degrees and wrap in parchment paper then wrap in foil. Add grill grate to smoker and smoke horizontal.
Pull at 200 degrees or whatever you think is best.
Wrap in towel and place in cooler (no ice) for an hour or two.
