For £7, a day trip to Krakow on a MAX was very hard to resist. So here is my first trip on the aircraft type since 2018, before they got grounded. It was nice to be back on one again, and especially in an engine view seat to hear those CFM LEAP's. For those unaware, the 737 MAX 8 is the next generation version of the 737-800, and the MAX 8-200 is just a higher density variant, in this instance, about an extra 9 seats are added. I noticed that, compared to a normal 737-800, the aisle and galley are noticeably smaller
Anyway, a somewhat decent flight, I admit I made an error when selecting seats, I went off other videos thinking row 8 was a good window alignment, however I was wrong! So apologies for me swapping between the two windows in this video. It wasn't the most comfortable to film from. Good thing is both views are of the engines, so you get to hear the sound of those beautiful LEAP's in action
Quite a scenic journey as well, beautiful clear morning take off from Stansted, and a lovely descent into snowy Poland with a view of the city of Krakow on final approach
Overall a decent flight, my only wish was to of chose a better seat for filming! Other than that pretty good journey, and for the cost of £7, why not?!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video and if you do then feel free to leave a like and comment below as well as subscribing if you're new
