thanks brother you just saved my day for other the problem occurred when i left my computer on sleep mode for a very long time, because i have battery issue and battery time is very low so my computer shutdown in my absence, when i came back try to re-start my computer i got this exact error. from other computer i try to find any solution, i came across this setting in bios but i did not attempt it as i think it may be some dangerous setting but watching this video i did the exact and my computer boot normally it cost my day but i don't have to rush to some service provider, have my hard disk checked and possibly re-install ubuntu and all my development setting again

SOLUTION... for people who dont have legacy options... So first shut down your pc or laptop. Shart your pc by pressing ( esc or f10 ) simultaneously.. Once you are at pre BIOS page you will get an option to press f9 which is Boot options menu.... select that... Then press enter on the OS Boot Manager ( UEFI ).... and your done .. let the system do evrything by itself dont do anything...

@@sakshikushwaha4454 nothing just gotten worse ig from continuous 2-3 times it came down to crashing anytime I'm lifting or moving my laptop and after that now it is stuck in preparing automatic repair loop(that's a whole new problem might you as well get in some months lol)......but if it is stuck on hard disk error and not opening back the windows to normal then you have to change the hard disk WhatsApp the customer support they'll help
