I really love buzzbaits. They just seem to catch big fish. I've caught 2 fish over 6 1/2 with them, and a ton over 3

One day I will be fishing at such a high level with a certain technique that #W2F reaches out to the channel and asks if I want to come crack a few eggs of knowledge on the fishing community! I started fishing 3 years ago and I have absolutely dedicated my life to it. I full out learned to bass fish from this channel. You guys have helped me chase my dreams by being a teacher that I didn't have! Thank you guys so much for the content you provide!

We're humbled by your comment and so happy for you in chasing your dreams, as we've all done the same here through our passion for fishing. Keep getting after it and hoping our paths cross in the future!

Thanks for the information! Any videos you guys have for Northeast fall patterns? I feel like it is just a little bit different with the absence of shad in most of our lakes. Thanks!

Hi Brian, yes sir. This buzzbait video was recently filmed on a northern bluegill/crappie/minnow lake: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5jcc4eMhr6kjJY

I'm a sponge soakin in all this "Buzz-data" from Mr. Sprague.I'm also really focused on sealing the deal on all the topwater presentations I have yet to catch fish on this season;& the buzzbait is on that list.Suprisingly crossed off poppers yesterday with a successful pattern of a few fish before work on the Lunkerhunt popper.I am amazed how"walk friendly" that little popper is.(also episode 20 on my chan)-i am still toying with a heavier mono for buzzbaits or flouro.I do throw them on a 7'Lews MH with a Diawa 7speed reel.Anyways,always gr8 info,footage &catches from y'all over at W2F!!#bass#SupportTheLittleGuysChannel#bassfishing

Is it ok if the buzzbait runs on its side sometimes? I have a coupke that do this and still get good hookups, but wasn't sure if it was to do with the retrieval speed rate.
@Wired2Fish4 жыл бұрын
A veering or planing buzzbait is often caused by the bait being out of tune (wire bent to one side). This is usually easily corrected by bending the buzzbait wire to the opposite side of the planing direction. And as you note, speed is the other variable that can cause this. Generally speaking, you want them running true, but if it's catching, you can't argue with success.

I watched your last buzz bait video and I have been smokin’ em with the buzz bait! Can’t wait to try some more of these buzz bait tips!
@Wired2Fish4 жыл бұрын
Right on Catch1! What buzzbait have you been using?
@catch13904 жыл бұрын
I have been using a Accent Jacob Wheeler Finesse buzz bait and the Strike King Tour Grade buzz bait. I have using darker colors because the bass have been biting the buzz bait only in the early morning. The lake I fish has lots of pressure and the finesse buzz bait seems to work way better than than the Tour Grade buzz bait for the smaller profile I think.

Wired2Fish appreciate the reply, first year getting out fall fishing; actually know what to look for and approach. Before I’d just go fishing. Hopefully my studying and getting prepared will pay off! This video really helped 👊🏼

Keep in mind that not all buzzbaits are created equal. The blade size matters as well. A half ounce buzz can vary in size from brand to brand.

We dropped this video a few weeks ago, filmed in the northern part of the country. Water temps were around 70-degress, so marked that summer/fall transition: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5jcc4eMhr6kjJY
