JDM's Negan was easily the most multi-faceted, complicated and interesting character in the WD universe. I can remember fearing him, hating him and rooting for him. He was hero and villain, the object of scorn and compassion, the tyrant leader and faithful husband. He was your worst enemy and best friend. But the one thing that tells you that you have a winner is when you stop everything you are doing because he is on screen and you are compelled to watch. With all that being said, he wasn't my personal favorite character; Morgan was.

He's everything we should want out of a compelling antagonist. A charismatic and absolutely brutal menace but not in a mindless, black-and-white evil kind of way. We had that with the Governor and it was fun, but Negan got a hell of a redemption arc. And I do love me a good redemption arc.

Both are amazingly entertainers and opposite of their characters. I hate Negan yet I love the amazingly talented actor who brings Negan to life. They have great companionship with equal Maggie hating Negan in strong chemistry as Negan and Maggie awhile they get along amazingly great as friends/coworkers. Both are great performance character entertainers who makes you feel love and support or hate with need for vengeful payback to happen.
