You do realise dosa is a street food in a lot of South Indian states. Personally I don't mind people adding stuff in dosa as long it doesn't change the point or essence of dosa like a Pizza dosa or chocolate dosa is something that needs to punishable but Cheese dosa or Paneer or anything they come up with indigenous recipes should get a pass.

"Black Bhaaji in Samosa" Aniket is right actually! You guys belong to the Mumbai South India crowd so you don't have much idea about North Indian taste! Here in North India Delhi, Rajasthan, MP-UP, Bihar they have black coloured bhaaji which gets it color from the kadhaii which it is cooked in. Yellow colour bhaaji in Samosa is more found in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Lived in Both parts of the country so i understand the difference.

They put cheese, sugar, butter, even condensed milk… My mom has some friends from India who told here that some of the restaurants have localised the menu and it’s not the same as India.
