If you enable whims in the settings, you can earn satisfaction points. The points can be used to earn the "fertile" trait, which increases the chances of having twins or triplets!

The number of children Chelsea will have is decided when she tries for a baby (if she does get pregnant). So she can only have twins/triplets if there are that many household slots available before she tries for the baby - moving sims out etc. afterwords doesn’t change it, unfortunately.

Three suggestions for gameplay; toddlers learn skills A LOT faster if you work with them. I suggest buying building blocks then once the toddler gets to level two on a skill you can help them. Also, if you have a slightly larger house they will be able to pick up the movement skill faster as well. Finally, I wouldn't have gotten only unbreakable objects because now your teens won't have things to fix which could be a way for them to gain skills.
