The fertility massage is to increase your chances of having twins or triplets. Your sim doesnt have to already be pregnant for it to work. Like so Kelsey will see!

Hannah Strobel it’s not 100 different dads, it’s 100 children. The objective is to get 100 as soon as possible. Each pregnancy just has to be by a different dad. So having triplets/twins is really good.
