I believe it just a mechanic that wasn’t really explained when the mod came out, so you can’t get promoted off you never come into work. Not sure though

I’ve been casually working on this challenge for like 1000 hours on the vampire couple in my household. Lance has only been a top dr and science, Lilith has been an esports champ, game modder, fame and she’s a pretty great actress. Anyway your sims content is great ❤️

it's not just about that - the 100 baby series has about 3 times more views than this one, and the amount of work to produce the videos are probably pretty much the same. it's the nature of digital content, not everyone resonates as much with the audience, this series has lived it's best life, now it's time to move on.

It's clear this series is just not generating as much views as the 100 Baby Challenge (even though I personally enjoyed it), so it's the smartest business move to end this and put more effort into the 100 Baby Challenge. They're probably just trying to figure out how they can keep the views coming after the 100 Baby Challenge inevitably ends.
