I like to be creative when it comes to a stacked meal, so I made an "Asian" version of the Timpano; with a rice paper, rice, cooked eggs, Chinese cabbage, glass noodles, roasted duck, soja - and sweet sour sauce filling. It tasted nearly like a giant Spring roll ;)

lol @angelica Italian chefs do get mad when someone makes a pizza that doesn't meet the specific rules of Naples and call it a neapolitan pizza, but I think if the person makes a Timpano-inspired dish and says it's not the same thing, it'll be ok! (I do think Italian chefs would be mad that there's a Japanese pizza with fresh cuts of sashimi in the design of it, but lol they can be and stay mad I guess. David Chang said it was magic)

Russ RedCloud I literally mean what i wrote on previous comment because even if English is not my first language and native italian speakers usually struggle learning it, I am pretty confident in not having committed any major mistakes. So please, can you tell me why we don't deserve the respect anybody would give to every other culture?
