I was 20 and in Isla Vista visiting friends the night this massacre took place. We were just a couple of blocks from where he killed people as he drove by. The terrifying thing is that my friends and I would have been out walking the street Elliot was driving on had I not been curling my friends’ hair. It was nighttime, and everyone wanted dinner. But we wanted to finish getting ready to go out. I can’t recall if I heard the gunshots, but I heard lots of police cars, ambulances and helicopters. My friends and I obviously didn’t end up leaving the house that night. We locked the doors, turned off all the lights, and made spaghetti. It was so scary. Rest In Peace to the lives lost that night, along with the thousands of people lost in 9/11 twenty years ago today.

@@cafezo87934 sorry, but he has textbook avoidant personality disorder. His comorbid NPD is what is likely confusing you. He craved relationships, and believed everyone hated him. Resented them for it. Classic symptoms of avoidant. His NPD further expounded on this, because he further believed he was the greatest person on earth, and everyone else should be punished for not liking him. Arguably one of the worst combinations of Cluster B other than NPD and BPD.

i read his manifesto briefly out of curiosity, it's suuuuuper long so didn't end up reading most of it but it's filled with very misogynistic/racist outlook. the point of why he wasn't able to get girls wasn't his looks or awkwardness, it was his condenscending and very odd view of women (his target) and men (his competition). the fact that he's considered a hero within the incel community makes me scratch my head. instead of working on your flirting skills you take it out on innocent people who never consented to be involved in your self-pitying autobiography.
@Jukajobs
@Jukajobs 3 жыл бұрын
yeah, i remember that he talked about things like "breeding farms" (i don't remember if that's the word he used), something like concentration camps where men would do whatever they want to women who were considered "good enough for breeding", basically. it's horrifying. and incels never really wanted to just get to meet girls, they wanted to find a reason to explain their hatred of women

incels of his calibre dont care about consent anymore. A friend of Rodger's who committed a very similar attack in canada a few years later but was not killed in the aftermath spilled a lot about the reasoning behind his and rodger's crimes. They're beyond desperation and want the "stacy's" and the "female normies" to be forced to be with them and to subjugate the "chads" and "male normies" who's ostracised the incels in society. It's insane the way they think and act as though its within their rights because they are, absolutely, racist, misogynistic children. There's a video of the canadian man's police interview (His name is Alek Minassian) if you have any interest in finding out more.

BULLYING DOES NOT CREATE KILLERS. STOP THIS NARRATIVE. EDIT: Obviously I'm speaking in generalized terms. Surely, there are killers who have been bullied, but the majority who have been bullied don't become mass murderers/school shooters. Same thing with mental illness, the majority of mentally ill people don't do these kinds of crimes so I personally believe the media should stop pushing these narratives when reporting on theses cases. Also, we can't ignore there is a certain demographic that commit these kinds of crimes in the U.S., and I don't think its a coincidence that the culturally most privileged people are generally the ones who commit these murders. To put it simply, these cis-het white men are killing b/c of entitlement. It's okay if you don't agree though, have a nice day.

I like this video, but I definitely prefer MumkeyJones’ approach of ridiculing him. This video seems to try to make Rogers look cool, like some calculated killer when he’s anything but. Making him look cool might just inspire copycats tbh. Elliot Rogers doesn’t deserve a video that describes what he did in detail with clean editing and cool music. He deserves to be ridiculed for every action he did. His channel was taken down, but I definitely recommend MumkeyJones’ videos on him. He mercilessly makes fun of every mistake Elliot did, and he made a ton of them. For example, he never even killed anyone popular. Literally all of his murders were against other unpopular kids. If I remember correctly, I believe he even knocked on the door of a girl’s room at some point (or club? I don’t remember), but he literally walked away when no one answered. Elliot’s “retribution” is almost as comical as it is sad and pathetic.

The biggest problem to come out of this story is OTHER MEN AND BOYS who have taken inceldom and hatred of women as a lifestyle and have indoctrinated each other online. I've seen it with my own eyes and we've all come across incel attacks, most recently in the UK. Stop trying to put blame on girls when the thousands of people who look up to him are men and boys.
