Monty's clothes were so hip back in 1972 that they're actually back in style!

Jay running at 1:59 is a HUGE giveaway that he's about to be behind a curtain for a zonk!

I knew as soon as Jay ran away from the first display table a ZONK Curtain or box was coming❗🤓

That happens a lot. When Jay runs off like that, it usually means someone is about to be zonked.

Enjoying these shows, thank you for uploading.. So funny how prices have skyrocketed - Mars almond bar 10 cents , at my job that sells for $1.69 today. And nice that they send the contestants First Class on the trips offered, on another game show (Bob/Drew) contestants are flown coach....prepare to be squashed..LOL !

Monty Hall was born in Winnipeg, Canada-he was an excellent student and wanted to go into medicine. However, the University of Manitoba where he studied had a quota on Jewish applicants and refused him entry. He subsequently went into radio broadcasting and on to television. Mr. Hall helped raise almost $1 billion for various causes during his lifetime

My relatives who raise me loved this show so much that they renamed me Monty after Monty Hall. Now as an adult, Let's make a deal is my favorite show to watch. I'll pass on the new one with a different host.

@@mitchellries256 Whatever. There's only one LMAD, that's with Monty Hall. Technically also Carrol Merrell and Jim Stewart. Don't you find it strange no other minority in America get to host a show or be in public office except blks? That lady the other day, she was only elected by Biden because she's blk, this is racist. Liberal America

@@m42037 This a game show. Not a public office. I am not going to make a big deal about that. Not to mention making a big deal about a black person hosting just a simple game show sounds kind of racist.

I can tell Monty is proud when the show gives away big money or prizes, he has a huge smile on his face 😊

One of the early episodes to use the common TV image of Monty Hall standing behind the curtain pointing to the LMAD logo.

Agree completely! I don't care for the prizes they offer now -- I don't want a motorcycle, a watercraft, I-phones. The trips overseas are now only for 5-7 days. An overseas trip should be for 2 weeks. I saw one big deal trip from the 70's that was 55 days long. And a car back then wasn't even the big deal -- it was usually the second level prize. And the furniture they offer now looks so cheap. I guess I won't be rushing to get to any of the game shows.
