Man I feel so bad for Shawn and Dennis in this concert. Their voices are so blown out. I feel super bad, but hey they're doing what they love. Regardless of whether they have perfect pitch or not. As I heard someone once say "You go to a concert to have fun, if you want to hear a perfect version of the songs then listen to the CD".

Greatest band ever. In Pensacola, at the end of Annabel, Dennis stacked three boxes and towered over the stage all with strobes and fog behind them. Probably the most epic thing i've ever seen.

+brandon stephenson iv seen band like cattle decapetation for example at the 3ed last date of the tour and they are just fine... they scream for an hour a night for the show lol... if you scream proper then that's nothing at all...

Really like this band... Especially the Emptiness album. Although I was disappointed by their live performance in this video. Also why is the screamer the frontman of the band and the singer is off to the side? Listening to their music, I always thought of the singer as the main lead of the band with the screaming as secondary. Pretty mediocre performance, but I'm betting their music is hard to perform live just from how it sounds. Oh well, now I know to stick to just listening to their studio albums which sound great!

The emptiness is a elaberate story based off edgar alan poe's annabell. Its a very well writen concept album nd alesana is genius for laying it out the way they did.

Ooof. This was a rough one. 2 nights in sac. We had just had a rough stretch through the PNW. Shawn was sick, I think we all were a bit sick during this week. Can't remember if this was night 1 or night 2. 1 night we did full Emptiness in order the other was this set. The older songs were originally at the end of the set the nights the Emptiness was full if it deemed an encore.
