I find that IIT says that digital computers can't be as integrated as analog computers

Are all objects whether they be neurons or graph-theoretic computer networks supposed to be conceptualized by TPMs in IIT? There should be a guide on how to do this

In principle, any collection of elements with a plurality of possible states can be “isolated” as a system and put into a TPM. But integrated systems are a very special subset. At least that’s my understanding.
