What does one do with 250+ carp? fertilizer? fish cakes? church fish fry? No being judgmental, just wondering! 😊

Mostly fertilizer for farmers around towns. Most of them will be happy to take them

Common carp are invasive, destructive species in the USA. They wreck out native fish beds, and over graze on aquatic vegetation. You can dump the 250+ in a hole in a field and be perfectly justified. No ones eating common carp, no ones using them for fertilizer. Keep a few for trotline bait if you want and the rest go in a hole.

@@HankShivers common carp in the number 1 eaten fresh water fish in the world and isn't invasive. It was brought here by the settlers as a food fish. All you do by taking so many is ruin the eco system for future generations. Asian and grass carp are the invasive species.

No limit on carp, they are invasive here.

@@BWFilms No they are not, common carp are naturalized and arrived here via the settlers as a food fish. Grass carp and Asian carp are invasive species. Common carp is the number 1 fresh water sport fish world wide you're destroying the eco system for future generations to dump fish in a hole.
