The insight you give on your work ethic has actually helped me find my own. I remember you saying something along the lines of "Luck happens when opportunity meets preparation" and that's become my mantra in pursuing my desired PhD program, lol. Thx as always Bwipster.

10:05 completely agreed. Dudes wonder why i sweat everything and why im serious about games while they just want to chill and they dont mind when they int etc. that cant be fun for me. Absolutely agree with the start, i dont think great teams are built with compatible champ pools or varieties of skill its primarily above all else, the goals you have, they need to be similar across the board and work together because then improvements will come along with that

I understand the sentiment and I agree but there is a limit. Players have taken Bwipos approach and burned out of league, forced to take breaks, or their performance suffered from over indexing on this grind mindset. NA definitely prioritize being comfortable way too much for such subpar results but not everyone. You can try your hardest and fail, thats what competition is

They should make a indefinite rule to all pro players that are spending their money on drugs or alcohol or even prostitutes. To never get a cheque and should be kicked off the team. There should be a daily plan or weekly plan and monthly drug tests. These are the people who don't take professional gaming as a job. Rather they expect money and use it on useless stuff. Practically pro players are idols to the average Joe of league of legends. Hearing this about players disgust me. Go ahead do cocaine but not anywhere in the league of legends pro community. That money is for a legacy of commitment. Not for fun and leisure. That money has to be earned. Not expected and blow off all the money.
