It's not as innocent as you think. Look at 0:12 when Lindsay kicks her legs up and then spreads them. Also, the lyrics "I'll show you mine if you show me yours." That with the kisses on the boys face... yeah, they're wanting to "play house" with him.

The thing about 90's music is that they don't worry about how cool or sexy they look. It's all about having fun, expressing yourself no matter if you don't look cool and sexy. and it translates in the music and the videos.
@elsvt562811 жыл бұрын
Why do you think they wear the same clothes and dance like that? That was cool in the nineties :P

Rose tinted garbage. Pop in the 90s was as commercialized and phony as it is today. It blows my mind how sugar coated everyone's memories of that decade have become.

I saw that. But it's not as cutesy and innocent visually as it used to be.

Andreia Guerrero You ever see a Maralin Manson, NIN or a prodigy video? They're from the 90's. This video was by a teeny pop group from Ireland, a very conservative catholic country. It doesn't represent well the debauchery that was already coming out of the UK & US at the time.

She thought I was some kind of exchange student lol but now that im older... These lyrics def hit different... Like, I need to get my mind out the gutter cause this is cheeky!
