অর্থনীতিতে সবচেয়ে বড় ঝাঁকি দিয়েছে হুন্ডি। বড় বড় মানুষও হুন্ডিতে জড়িত। এমন মন্তব্য করে মিউচুয়াল ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংকের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও সিইও সৈয়দ মাহবুবুর রহমান বলেছেন, এটি ঠেকাতে আইন-শৃংখলা বাহিনীকে আন্তরিক হতে হবে। তাঁর মতে, খেলাপি ঋণ ব্যাংকিং খাতের বিষফোঁড়ার মত; ভবিষ্যতে যা বেড়ে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে। তবে ঋণ নিয়ে ফেরত দেওয়ার সংস্কৃতি গড়ে তোলা সম্ভব হলে খেলাপিদের সংখ্যা কমবে। অন্যদিকে, মূল্যস্ফীতি কমাতে দফায় দফায় বাড়ানো হচ্ছে নীতি সুদের হার। এতে বাড়ছে ব্যাংক ঋণের সুদও। বর্তমানে এ হার ১২% এর মত। তাঁর ধারণা, বছর শেষে সুদের হার ১৪% এর কাছাকাছি উঠে যেতে পারে। অর্থনীতির বিভিন্ন দিক বিশ্লেষণ করে টিবিএসকে তিনি বলেছেন, নতুন সরকারের উচিত ব্যাংকিং খাতে ব্যাপক সংস্কার করে সব খাতেই সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা করা।

1) I found US mobile number work in Bangladesh over internate, person can handle his account from Bangladesh. Bangladesh can do it. 2) I found most persons working abroad have no bank account. The must habe account according to passport number. Interest rate of such account shoud be high. That might increase foreign exchange flow to Bangladesh. 😅
