You know what's cool about that quote. It describes Aizen and his ability. Kyokasuigestu means mirror flower water moon. It's a reference to that same story byakuya tells. Of the monkey that reaches for the flower in the mirror and the moon's reflection in the water. Byakuya explains it as the moon is unreachable to the monkey. But the real moral is that the monkey is chasing an illusion therefor he can never reach it because it's the opposite way from where he's going. The moon is in the sky not the water.
