I drive jolion and my father has 2 HEV 6. I am 100% satisfied with it but the problems he is mentioning are not non existent. Steering/AC issues plus air leakage plus braking system issues are common.

Yes. However this car is extended battery pack. 60 KWH While locally launched is 49.9. However even considering this, 13.5 million is out of question.

Very random but I am surprised these electric cars known for their great torque delivery usually but this car and MG4 have same 0 to 100 as a Civic RS Turbo 2016, I am really surprised on how fast Civic X RS Turbo actually is.

Their torque delivery is only for the initial 20-30 km aka the time it takes for combustion engine to get in a favourable spot. On peak turbo civic is probably making more power hence a similar 0-100 time. Civic would probably win in the long run but for short bursts of acceleration like 0-40, 30-60, 80-100 electric is faster

Even the 11th gen is fast enough to win in the longer run actaully. These electric/hybrids have greater initial power delivery, hence they shoot of from the start line. But civix with turbocharger and cvt will win in the longer run. I think civic both 10th gen RS and 11th gen RS will.easily overtake them at around 150-160 km/h

While using HEV/PHEV we used to fuel up Tank once in a week or 10 Days Max while on EV one will daily search for Charger & look Multiple times at the Battery Backup 😀

Can someone please explain the requirements to charge these cars in Pakistan. What do I need to charge evs in Pak. In the uk, we have service stations to charge evs, also companies install home charging points at properties. Do we have similar companies? Costs? Effects on the car and batteries when electricity cuts out in pak? Thanks

There is already a charging station in place on the main highways and more charging stations would be built in Karachi, Islamabad & Lahore. So the issues would soon be resolved as charging station can power the cars using Solar or other green technology while for the home charging, I guess we have to implement a small charging outlet where we can directly charging the car

In Pakistan as we have a hotter weather, I don't think buying EV car is a wise decision as due to hot weather batteries will heat up or give lesser output as compared to EU countries.

It's the opposite. Batteries perform better in hot climates than very cold ones sub zero temperatures. Of course overheating can make batteries age faster, but modern EVs already have liquid cooled batteries, so this is mostly a non issue.

Bhai khareednay se pehlay thora research work ker lena, jo main ne kiya wo share kar deta hun 1. Life time of these cars are around 10 years or 500000 kms 2. Every 5 years you will get around 50kms milage shortage by degradation of battery 3. In 8 years of this car's warranty you will have to pay around 10 lac of service charges 4. If the battery gone wrong totally or become headache of charging again n again, you have to pay 50 lac to replace it Conclusion: Measuing all my gasoline vehicle expenses and comparing with electric vehicle i would never shift

This car is not worth it Tbh ! The Ac vents the interior the strings attached in it is weird ! Its not a worth it car. The shape isn’t good at all when you see it live. I would recommend everyone to see this car live instead of watching suneel and other videos. Just like BYD Seal looks far better in reviews then any other car but tbh Deepal Ev was so good and better then Seal and far premium as well
