I think Samsung should have taken the same approach as Microsoft, I love all the features in Microsoft launcher when you swipe from the left, you get to see a unique widget screen (Glance) where you can manage tasks and execute some actions, then next to it is "News" where you can discover recent trends 📰, Microsoft launcher also have "timeline" which is unique as well, if Samsung can incorporate this with "Free" user interface design and also slap on these sections: Widgets, Bixby routine, Read, Watch, Listen, and Play page that would be awesome. That would be the great change everyone deserves. That would be doing more than doing less.

I have only had Samsung phones and tablets and I don't care for or need any of those types of so-called Services. I deactivate all of them every time. I also never use Bixby cuz I freaking hate it. I don't use Alexa or any other so-called AI voice program again because I hate them and I don't need them. I get my news wherever I decide I want to get my news. I don't need AI to tell me where to get my news.

I always deactivate that unnecessary bloatware. I never have to see it on my screen.

I have the S23 Ultra right now, but I haven't received the update, despite all the articles saying it's available in the US for "some" models. I'm glad Samsung is deciding to make a change to this app, but it bothers me when they either announce something that doesn't arrive as intended, or it arrives for devices that are a year or older (possibly for new midrangers too). I hope we can expect the update to come this week or next week.

I have the S23 Ultra using One UI & I can't even find Samsung Free on my phone. All I have is Google Discover when I swipe left on the Home Screen. Any suggestions on how to fix or download Samsung Free App?

Pinch to zoom on home screen or hold your finger down for a second, swipe to the right and you will see the two to choose from

I heard some can't see it. I'll have to read up on it and see if theres a fix. Off the top of the head search for Samsung Free or Samsung news on galaxy store to see if you can find it. Or search it on your phone to see if its one you disabled.

@Jimmy is Promo 1 thing that I wish that can change is them getting rid of their m series phones and f series phones because we already have the a series to cover budget and mid range market and them give us updates more consistently, like if the pixel 7 get Android 14 in begging of August the final built the s23 series gets it 2-3 weeks after samsung makes 50 phones for no reason
