@@adelinevillori6248 Hi! Probably the stylus has a defect. If you can return it that’ll be great. Also you have an insurance with Govee when there is problems with the quality of their products, just write them a message via mail to their support! :)

@@syedmohamminsherazi5942 Hi, idk if the problem is that you can’t set it up with your iPad. If this is the problem, just reset the stylus. Hold the click button for 10 sec, after this, you must go to the Bluetooth setting on you iPad, and there you’ll see the stylus, connect it and that’s it :)
